OG into fermenter 1.043, 73% bhe.  Add 9 oz sugar to get to 1.050.

Pitch with oyl 113 Mexican lager at 70 df, leave at 60 df. 

Rack to keg 11/21, put on 25 psi at 38 df for a day, then put on 8 psi.
